Lolicon is simply a fetish. A fetish which is widely accepted behind close doors in Japan.
If you want to complain about it, and be a moron, then by all means be my guest. But if you actually pay any damn attention to the crime rates around the world, Japan has one of the lowest.
Most pedophiles can use lolicon as an outlet for their fantasies. And believe it or not, it actually seems to work out pretty well. You look at Visual Novels, hentai anime, and flash-based pornographic games featuring lolis, and you realize that most people who use these things immerse themselves immensely into them. And this keeps them off the streets. It gives them a franchise to hook into and keep them busy.
So for everyone who wants to complain and bitch about pedophilia and be moralfags, consider the difference: Do you want a pedophile minding his own business on his computer with fictional characters, or out on the streets trying to touch your kids?
If I see anymore of these debates continuing, I'm going to start banning IPs. This board is fucking dead, and any activity on it is usually just spam or... This shit. Frankly, until we figure out what to do with the board itself, it's probably a stupid idea for anyone to use it, and I facepalm at fact that anyone even still checks this damn place.
